Pullman Fleet Services is a dynamic company, providing service and maintenance to the road transport industry. With over 30 years in the business, Pullman Fleet Services operates a nationwide network of vehicle maintenance units supported by 600 highly skilled and committed personnel. The workshop facilities are superbly equipped and are backed up by their service partner Carrier and a fleet of 200 mobile service vans.

Pullman supplies a country wide 24 / 7 call out service with the aim of roadside repair, rather than recovery. Time served commercial vehicle engineers are equipped with breakdown diagnostics and spare parts with the aim of keeping the transport moving and have a roadside fix rate of 95%.

With a call centre operating from Doncaster, all call outs are instigated with minimum delay servicing not only their own fleet, but many of the leading transport and logistics operators in the UK.  PFS recognises the importance of correct fleet maintenance and can arrange contracts to including fixed cost servicing for any type of commercial vehicle.

During 2008, PFS proposed a new advertising campaign which would include trade journals and a new look web site.  Entirely new photographic content was decided upon and Adrian Waine was commissioned to fulfill the brief, with main subject areas being :- Refrigeration, Bodywork / Accident repair, Roadside Assistance and Tail Lifts. A shooting programme was scheduled for a number of sites, including Tamworth, Doncaster, Chadderton and Widnes. Each location yielded a different set of opportunities which were organised to suit and with an array of personnel. A library of photographs were soon representing the workings of the company.

The objective was to demonstrate a modern, professional working team, ready to address the needs of the transport industry and capable of solving both urgent and regular issues to keep the customer on the move. Illustrating regular problems through carefully composed photographs helps to concentrate on the service and the importance of keeping all wheels on the move. Used to promote existing and additional services, a corporate brochure has been released to help generate new business.
